TJ has been in the finance industry for over 20 years. He began his career at a boutique brokerage firm located in Wethersfield, CT, working his way up to Chief Operating Officer. While in that role, he managed a staff of over 10 individuals, over 50 advisors and helped to create the new Investment Advisory arm of the company. 

In 2013, TJ joined Osaic Institutions, stepping out of the back office and into client investment management, splitting time between his CA and CT offices. TJ served in the Marines before receiving an honorable discharge and has his degree from CCSU in Finance. TJ enjoys spending time with his wife, Julia and his daughter, Liana. He loves to explore California, go wine tasting, play golf, as well as spending time in Connecticut with his three nephews, the namesakes of this company.

Tori graduated Monmouth University in 2022 with a degree in Finance. In 2023, she joined TJ at Codiack Financial and services clients mainly from the Connecticut office. She is excited to use her degree in the Finance industry and be a part of the family business as her father is also a financial advisor. Tori also works as a flight attendant for Breeze Airways, frequently visiting Los Angeles. In her free time, she enjoys going to the gym, cooking, traveling and loves spending time with family and friends.

Liana Lynn

Liana Lynn is the newest employee for Codiack. Her main responsibilities include modeling the CFS clothing line and providing much needed giggles in the office. When she is not working, she can be found rolling over, practicing her cooing or taking walks with the parental units.

Colton, Dillon and Zack

Colton, Dillon and Zack Tibbetts are TJ’s nephews and the inspiration for Codiack’s name. They are affectionately called the knuckleheads by their Uncle T. All three boys are currently into basketball and football, while Dillon and Zack are also continuing to play baseball and Colton is starting lacrosse. When they aren’t playing sports, they can be found swimming and playing in their lake.
